Boston United have completed the loan signing of goalkeeper Luke Faxon from Sheffield United until January 4, 2027. The 21-year-old joins the National League side to gain valuable first-team experience after serving as Adam Davies’ understudy last season.
Who is Luke Faxon?
Faxon, a Sheffield United academy graduate, has been with the Blades since the age of eight. Despite being a regular on the bench towards the end of last season, he is yet to make his senior debut. The young keeper will now compete with Louis Chadwick for the No.1 spot at the Jakemans Community Stadium.
